Do This Before Fall Is Over

Seriously, you won’t regret it.

Because I live in Minnesota, I think I can speak on behalf of my state when I say it can get cold here. This may or may not be the case where you live.

When someone learns that I’m from Minnesota, sometimes they’ll say things to me like, “Wow! You must get snow all the time” or “Are there really that many lakes?” Yes, there are – and no, we don’t get snow all the time. We do get snow between November and April, however. Sometimes we get snow even earlier.

You might think we Minnesotans are missing out on an amazing fall activity because of the harsh weather we can get. This is false.

PLENTY OF ORCHARDS FOR EVERYONE, SON!

In my opinion, no fall season is complete without hitting up the nearest pumpkin patch or apple orchard near you.

I went to my local apple orchard over the weekend called Sekapp Orchard. They’ve got a wide variety of apples and pumpkins to choose from! My husband and I chose to dominate the honey crisp apple area.

One of the best parts bout going there is the drive away. Stay with me! What I mean is, when you make a right out of the Sekapp Orchard parking, you can get one of the best views of Rochester that you’ll ever find because it’s on a hill. If you’re in the area, check it out!

Happy fall ya’ll! What’s your favorite fall thing to do?
